Excel file) some days before the event and a final list after the event (including e-mail address). These contacts can only be contacted once by the
cooperation partner after the conference in regards of follow-up information relevant to the conference (e.g. presentation documents). Repeated
tracking of participant data is not allowed as of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
