The common practice of relegating data and analytics assets to central teams is recognized as increasingly risky due to a lack of domain expertise.
The application of product thinking to data aims to create valuable, desirable, and feasible data products, thereby increasing the overall value of data. Data product owners and consumers enter into corresponding contracts for data products that can be made available and consumed on corporate marketplaces, for example.
The goal of the webinar is to provide an overview of the interaction between the roles of a data product owner, data consumer, and the role of a data steward. The webinar aims to demonstrate their processes and interactions within the context of a data product lifecycle. Additionally, it aims to provide functional support for these roles and their tasks through technologies that facilitate the efficient creation and use of data products
