BARC Visibility Boost

BARC Visibility Boost is a marketing and visibility package from BARC. It includes a complete profile in BARC Reviews and a thematic guide (German only) that supports the selection of suitable software and consulting partners – available in print and PDF versions. 

BARC Visibility Boost significantly enhances your company’s visibility and reach through additional marketing activities. These include, for example, sending printed copies to decision-makers in data & analytics and CPM, and distributing them at our events.

In addition, BARC promotes BARC Reviews in customer projects and via its marketing channels, especially in campaigns for individual BARC products or focus topics. 

BARC Reviews are public provider profiles on barc.com. BARC Visibility Boost gives buyers the opportunity to bring this profile to life by enriching it with company information, information about partners and interactive documents such as videos, screenshots, etc. 

Purchasing BARC Visibility Boost also enables the use of targeted visibility activities on barc.com, such as prominent placements, display of your company logo in list views, cross-links to other barc.com pages and integration into BARC marketing campaigns. 

BARC+ is a research subscription for internal read access to all BARC research and detailed results from customer feedback surveys. BARC Visibility Boost is a marketing package designed to increase your visibility on barc.com and across BARC channels. 

BARC lists market-relevant vendors and service providers in defined market segments. If your company is active in these segments, you can request a profile. 

The reviews come from independent Customer Feedback Surveys conducted annually by BARC (e.g., The BI & Analytics Survey, The Data Management Survey, The Planning Survey, The Financial Consolidation & Group Accounting Survey, The Data & Analytics Service Provider Survey). Only providers with at least 20 validated responses from customers are included. 

All responses undergo quality control: they are checked for plausibility, minimum number and uniqueness.

Upon request, BARC will provide you with a personalized invitation link that you can share with your customers. Participation in each survey is only possible during the 2-3 month annual field phase of the survey in question.

BARC does not pass on leads. You can measure success using UTM parameters, for example, or by surveying leads directly. BARC Visibility Boost increases your visibility, not your lead numbers directly – but visibility can promote more website traffic and higher conversion rates.

BARC ensures that content is optimally discoverable for AI-powered search engines through SEO-compliant structure, high content quality and citations from validated user reviews. 

In addition to the BARC Reviews page itself, your profile may appear on the home page (under “Latest Reviews”), in relevant BARC content formats (e.g., BARC+, BARC market overviews, etc.), on campaign pages or on the research pages for our surveys. 

Your profile will be made visible in topical BARC campaigns – e.g., via newsletters, LinkedIn posts, mailings, press releases, cross-links on topical pages and campaigns for software and service provider (system integrator) selection. Promotion takes place in a topical context, not as individual advertising.
