*Customer tickets may not be allocated to service providers, consultants, (software) solution providers, etc.
**Controller Institut will provide a preliminary list of participants (first name, surname, company, function in the company) of the conference (in an Excel file) some days before the event and a final list after the event (including e-mail address). These contacts can only be contacted once by the cooperation partner after the conference in regards of follow-up information relevant to the conference (e.g. presentation documents). Repeated tracking of participant data is not allowed as of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).
